| Jenny Tibbetts is a
painter, designer and teacher. She specializes in oil paintings
and botanical designs. Originally from England, she has spent the
last twelve years in Western Massachusetts. After spending several
years as a professional graphic designer, Ms Tibbetts decided to
become a fine artist and subsequently taught Art at the University
of Massachusetts and at Greenfield Community College.
Ms Tibbetts' art work is inspired by the
colorful flowers and fall foliage of Western Massachusetts. To
make her botanical prints, she collects and presses flowers and
seaweed that are native to New England. She then prints her
original designs using a high quality digital process. Her
beautiful prints capture the fine detail and vibrant color of the
natural environment and will not fade over time. |
