Alejandro & Martin imports the work of artisans, family
farmers and small cooperatives who dedicate themselves to the art
of making olive oil. We are committed to discovering those
limited runs of handcrafted olive oils of extraordinary flavor and

Like tasting one's way through an open-air market in
Europe, Alejandro and Martin invite you to shop a selection of
exquisite artisanal olive oils with the confidence that any
one of them will be absolutely fabulous. Also, they only want
you to experience olive oils at their best — they have no
interest in stale or musty olive oils that have been sitting
on store shelves exposed to light, or oils that are slightly
rancid from baking in the heat or some distributor's
warehouse. As soon as you open a bottle of Alejandro &
Martin olive oil, you will be able to taste and smell the
difference.
Both Alejandro and Martin believe that much of the world's
most satisfying foods are produced on small family farms in
such limited quantities that they rarely make it to retail
shelves here in the US. The very best is rarely mass-produced.
Though their olive oil is imported, it is also a local
product, as it is bottled and labeled at the Western Mass Food
Processing Center in Greenfield.
